USER AGREEMENT

This product is an individual license. 

User names and passwords must not be distributed to other persons or entities.   As a license holder you are responsible for the disclosure of your user name and password.  To report unsolicited use of this product can report these by sending an email to accounts@emotemuse.net.   The product is available only for access by the licensee for a period of three weeks, which can be renewed by repurchasing the product.  Activity is limited to access from two unique IP addresses per day (i.e., two computers).  Your account activity  is monitored by Emotemuse's security software.  By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are authorising monitoring of general activity on your account , including recording your IP addresses).  This jurisdiction relates to all products  related to the account holder) .   Emotemuse reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of fraudulent activity.  Fraudulent activity will result in legal action.
